Just wanted to thank you for the wisdom of the words you delivered. Over 5 years ago i asked this now, time flies! we grow and learn, was just re -reading this and i can comprehend what you were saying now that time has passed.

A question. I experienced a significant event 4 months ago where my higher self had to step in and stop an energy manipulator/vampire. I vibrated at an unusually high frequency in this same moment and the image of the eye of horus/all seeing eye appeared over my third eye chakra. Soon after my ego died. However i find that the ego sneaks back into my life on occasion. My question do you have an advice to impart in terms of keeping the ego at bay. I use my own methods but im always open to other ideas?
