The best training is by the Hawaii Remote Viewers Guild at http://hrvg.org. They're the most active and proficient group in the world and they're genuine--they're not in it to make money.

However, remote viewing is just a pasttime, a hobby. You won't be able to do anything with it. And many suggest you don't get any better than you were when you started. Just play with it and enjoy the experience.
