I am pleased that your grief is a little eased. Your mother's very happy and delighted at where she is and what she's discovering. She's in a wonderful land and is anxious to tell you about it. But whether she tells you about it in a dream or when you cross over doesn't make a difference to her--time is meaningless. She knows you'll be along in a few decades.

Yes, you can learn to raise your vibration, basically by getting off of the Earthly plane where the vibration is low. As you meditate, love, learn about your place in the universe, and learn to be open, you'll raise yourself off of the Earthly plane more and more. That doesn't mean you'll start having conversations with your mother, but you will be more sensitive to her, your higher self, and the other side.

Understand that she's discovering marvelous things in an enchanted place. The other side is just like Earth, only more wonderful. It has great expanses with vibrant colors more beautiful can we could imagine. People are happy. There is no death and animals live in harmony with people because nothing is killed. There are great buildings and music, creative arts, and everything you want life to be. She likely is now living in a house like the ideal house you and she wanted or the ideal house you had, right down to the decorations on the walls as you had them.

She still loves you and wishes you didn't have to grieve. You do, of course, but feel happy that she's happy.
