Hello Peace,You asked about progress in the spheres. We progress by maturing in our mind. We change our thinking. As we have greater understanding, we progress through the spheres. It’s like this. When you were 5 years old, you were a different person than you are today. But the person you were at 5 is part of who you are today. When you were 5, you couldn’t envision what you would be like when you were 17. At 17, you had more wisdom and experience. You had evolved to be a more mature person. But at 17, you could never envision what you would be like at 30. At 30 you will have (or do have) the 5 year old and 17 year old within you, but they will be integrated into the new person you are. The 5 year old and 17 year old could never envision what the 30 year old would be like. At 30 you have more maturity, experience, and wisdom. But the 30 year old could never envision what the 70 year old will be like. You’ll be (or are) a different person. The 5 year old, 17 year old, and 30 year old are part of the 70 year old, but they’re all merged to form the mature 70 year old. The same is true of maturing through the spheres. You will grow naturally. As your understanding and wisdom change, you will move into another sphere. Each sphere has people who are at a similar level for you to be with, and you’ll be able to do things that are appropriate for that sphere. At the higher levels, you’ll be able to return to your previous lives and relive events from the points of view of various people involved, not just yourself. You’ll be able to do things you couldn’t envision now because you’re not at that level yet. And you’ll be able to do that through eternity. Right now, you can envision what it's like to be your age now, but can you envision what it will be like to be 200 years old? How about 1,000 years old? The differences will be even greater than between a 5 year old, 17 year old, 30 year old, and 70 year old. That's what it's like to evolve through the spheres. Imagine the “consciousness” of an earthworm, really stretching the conception of consciousness. How different that is from the “consciousness” of a frog, with no intelligence. How different a frog’s “consciousness” is from that of a dog, that does have some intelligence. And how different the “consciousness” of a dog is from that of a human. Now imagine evolving from an earthworm to a human. That's what it will be like going from a human to a 10,000 year old being. All of these are stages of consciousness development. That is what the spheres in the afterlife are like. But the number of spheres is endless. We will evolve far beyond anything we could envision. You asked if we’ll lose our human form. We will be what we want to be. If we desire to have no form, we may have no form. But I can’t imagine in the early spheres after Earth that anyone would desire not to have a human form. In the higher spheres, that may be true, but only because we desire it. Nothing happens in eternal life that we don’t want to happen. Some people stay near the Earth plane for millennia (by earth time). That’s where they want to be.
You asked about libraries. There are vast libraries. Every book ever written is there. The books were there before they were written. They were in form in the spiritual realm before they took form in the material. People don’t need to check them out, however. They just intend to know what’s in the book and the book “reads itself” to them. It may do that word for word if the person wants that, or it may be in thoughts and experiences. The reader actually communes with the author. You learn what the author really felt and meant, from the author’s thoughts. If you want to spend a few centuries of earth time reading thousands of books, you can do so. The afterlife is the realm of thought, beauty, and love. You can do whatever you wish, and you will be with others who think and feel as you do.
Love and peace, Craig
