You will be able to communicate with all who are on the same plane, meaning they are on the same level of spiritual growth. You will also be able to lower your vibration to communicate with people on lower planes, although they won't be able to understand all the concepts you're speaking to them about if you start talking about concepts on your higher plane. And you will be able to receive visits from people on higher planes, although they will have to lower their vibration to communicate with you, and they can only give you what you're able to understand.

People on a very high plane would likely not enter into a lower plane unless they were there to help a person or group of people lift themselves out the plane they are in.

You will be in an environment that fits your spiritual and mental evolution; you will be with people who are at a similar level. As far as the higher spheres lowering their vibration to communicate, it likely won't happen unless it is for your benefit to help you grow spiritually.

I don't know what googol, googoldalplex, googolgoogolplex, and brazillion itp are or what you mean about meeting numbers.
