Hello Peace,
I don't know of any physician, counselor, or medium who is able to give services for free. It isn't that they're not dedicated to helping people. They just need to make a living and they've chosen to do it by devoting their time to healthcare, counseling, or mediumship. I also know absolutely nothing about mediums outside of the US, UK, or Australia.
