You may be having some real, important contact from those on the next plane of life. That's a wonderful gift.

To find out, know this. When they are contacts from some loving person on the next plane of life, they always have meaning. They will give you information you need that you couldn't know otherwise, and guidance that will help you. You'll see the results when they work themselves out.

If you're being touched by someone or hear voices, they'll be full of uplifting, helpful messages. Test them. Those on the next plane of life who help us aren't anonymous and secretive. They've very open.

Ask questions about who they are and wait for the responses. Ask them questions about your life and the immediate future. They should be able to answer them. Ask them to show you that they're who they say they are. They'll give you validation you couldn't know except from them. They will do whatever is necessary to demonstrate who they are and that they're looking out for you. And all the messages will be positive and uplifting.

Ask about a poem you haven't read but you've looked up the title. After you get a response, check out the actual poem to see if it's what they said it was.

If you get no responses that surprise you and reveal things you couldn't know, and especially if you get any negative responses, they could be earthbound spirits who delight in seeing people on the Earth plane do things they wouldn't ordinarily do. Those lower-level spirits are all around, and you have to guard against them. If you aren't getting the responses that demonstrate to you that the people around you are who they say they are and that they are looking out for your best, don't communicate with them. They'll go away.

Also, if you don't get the validations that show without a doubt who they are and that they're loving people, what you're experiencing could be from something going on strictly in your mind. That's not unusual, but if it bothers you, you should see a physician about understanding it.

The bottom line is that you should ask who they are and they should let you know. You should test them and get validations you couldn't know otherwise or demonstrations that others experience with you or you experience without question. You should get the lines from an unknown poem or knowledge about what will be in the newspaper the next day or something like that. Then you'll know their guidance is from people on the next plane of life and they're good for you. They will always be clear and always be positive if they're good spirits.
