Well done on remote viewing the object.

Meditation helps because it helps you learn how to shut down the physical realm. To access the greater reality and those on the next plane of life, you must withdraw from the physical realm and be open to getting information, in whatever form it comes. Meditation is an excellent way to learn how to do that.

Then, after you shut down the physical realm, ask questions of the universe, the guides on the next plane of life, and the Higher Power. You'll receive answers. One question is to be able to see what's at some location, such as the target in remote viewing. Another might be a question from your guide about some issue in your life. Another might be a question for a loved one who has passed on.

Once you learn to quiet the physical realm through meditation, the entire universe, past, present, and future, is available to you.
