Hello Peace,

I'm sorry you're not in a place right now to listen to the resources you have within yourself. The answers are there. Peace and love for you are within you and available to you right now. You just need to listen.

We're all dealt a hand we play out as we live our lives. And eventually, regardless of how wonderful that hand was, we suffer tragedies, we become sick, we watch those around us become sick, they die, and we die. No one is dealt a winning hand.

However, what we do with that hand and how we live with those we love while the game plays out are entirely up to us. That is life. The hand we're dealt is just a backdrop for our lives; it's scenery. It isn't the play. We can be happy or miserable; hopeful or hopeless; angry with God and life or contented with knowing we're loved and cared for by the Divine and those on the next planes of life, regardless of the hand we're dealt. The more powerless we make ourselves feel, the more we make ourselves feel victimized. but we're only victims of our own making. We are both the perpetrator and the victim.

Remove the perpetrator.

That requires taking responsibility and control. We make of our lives what we choose to make, even if those choices were originally programmed by the physical realm as we were growing up. We can change the programming. You have been taught that you have no control and that what happens to you is your destiny. But that was a lie. Stop believing the lie.

And if someone believes it’s insensitive to say that and everyone has a right to be miserable because of what life is doing to them, then that's the source of the lie. That's what humankind as a species is teaching its youth so they grow into adults who are miserable and hopeless. We need to stop teaching the lie and start teaching the truth.

But we must first have the ears to hear. That means giving up on listening to the physical realm and its teachings. They're destined to create fear and hopelessness. That's what they were programmed to do. When we silence the physical realm, we can hear, perhaps for the first time, the teaching that's always been spoken, but we haven't heard. It’s teaching full of love, hopefulness, and self-assurance.

Ears that hear only the physical realm and have been shut to the spiritual have been shut up by religions, ideologies, and belief systems such as materialism that we were taught as children. The victim mentality is a lie taught by the physical realm. These belief systems shout answers at us from without that we've been taught by word and example are the only truths about life, and as a result they drown out the real truths that are being spoken quietly, continually, from within. Openness, patience, and self-confidence are the keys to understanding our own individual truths. When we're open, patient, and self-confident, we learn the answers for our lives. The truth is not outside. It's within.
