Hi Dr. Hogan,

I just have troule distinguishing the difference between Kim and Spirt who is living in my body. Will Spirit give the physical body life as long as intended or are we able to shorten the life of Spirit by not caring for the body? Can we lose weight by meditating on it with God? I want to be able to talk about spiritual truths to others, but I am not emotionally equipped to defend myself when they hear things that don't agree with the dogma that has been engrained in them. How far should I go as far as talking to others? Love, Kim
