Hello I am new to the idea of remote viewing. I once watched a movie (suspect Zero) were in the ex FBI agent was trained in remote viewing thats what peaked my interest however my mind is never quiet I doubt I could ever focus my mind enough on my onw so my question is does anyone have an idea if it might help using binary beat tones
