No, all planes, with all conditions, including all fears, exist with people who share the perspectives and fears. Some people who have left the Earth plane will still fear death, not being able to realize what has happened to them. We know that there are some materialists on the next plane of life who believe they are still in a materialistic realm and are trying to explain why their lives changed suddenly.

Fear of death is from ignorance. It's rather like fearing growing from a five year old to a 25 year old. It is entirely mental, meaning it exists in the person's mind. Since the mind is eternal, that fear will carry on from plane to plane until the person grows out of it.

The best thing that can happen is for us to grow out of it while still on this spiritual plane. Then we can enjoy our experience here without fear of its ending. It's just one of countless experiences we have, and we will just transition from this one into the next.
