Thanks for the posts. I hope they stir thoughts in others who read here, and I invite anyone to share what's going on in their minds.

You said you don't do anything spiritual, but everything you write about is spiritual. It's whom you are. That's spiritual. Some of us are teachers, others helpers and caregivers, and others filled without thoughts about ourselves and the people we are in eternity. All come from motives, intentions, love, and compassion. Those are spiritual. You come together in community and laugh. Coming together and so enjoying each other that you laugh is spiritual.

Be whom you are Aubrey. You are being spiritual.
