I just finished reading your book 'Your Eternal Self'. I'm interested in knowing how those of us still in the Earthly realm can make contact with our loved ones in Spirit. If the spirit world has as much difficulty in making that contact with us, is there an easier way in which to facilitate this contact? I've heard that if we raise our vibration through a peaceful state of mind, and if they can lower theirs somewhat to be closer to our realm, that this contact is more likely to happen. I know that dreams, guided meditations and such can provide such contact, but I'm wondering if there's a more direct way for those of us still here on Earth to train ourselves in techniques that can more easily allow us to contact our loved ones in Spirit?
