First, you need to know that no one has ever found a chunk of dark matter or sensed the feeling of dark energy. They are just constructs of the mind that are used to explain anomalies in the movements of light and matter in the cosmos.

We don't know whether there are other planes that are set up as the earth plane is set up. On the next planes of life into which we go after the earth plane, things like a sun, rain, wind, and other physical phenomena simply aren't present and aren't necessary. I would expect that if there is such a thing as dark energy or dark matter, it won't be present there either.
