Yes, we see a two-dimensional world and our minds convert it into three dimensions. You may have an impairment in that if you have been given an impediment in the physical realm. Your real self has no such impediment, but you will follow the script in the physical realm and experience it.

You are empathic, meaning you sense and feel others' emotions. You couldn't change that if you wanted to, but you shouldn't want to. It's a unique gift few people have. People need you. But people are uncomfortable with emotion because it forces us to lower our barriers and encounter the real person face to face. Many people can't do that. And so, when someone is feels and shows emotions, it makes them uncomfortable, and to avoid really connecting with no walls, they tell the person to toughen up. But it's their problem with intimacy, not yours with feeling and showing emotion.
