Yes. It will be "frequencies," because different parts vibrate at different frequencies.

You asked, "Therefore, whatever frequency a person tunes into is the plane that person will exist on for eternity until they are ready to make progression? The highest power is able to remember what the physical body looks like and we appear as we do here on the next plane when we leave this earth?"

Yes, but it isn't that the Higher Power "remembers." It's more like a tree grows naturally into whatever its type of tree is, in its own way. We naturally assume vibrations based on whom we are and where we are in our natural progression. The Source brings that into being, but it happens naturally. The Higher Power or Source isn't a personality. That's a conception we need to have because anything conscious and intelligent on the Earth vibration is a person or animal. We have a tendency to give the Source the form, personality, emotions, and intentions of a human being. The Source is not a person.

Instead, the Source is the force or energy that is what we think of as consciousness, and we are that consciousness. On the next plane, we assume the bodily form we have now because we expect it--that's all.
